Construction and Facilities Manager

About the role

Hola Moda is seeking a Construction and Facilities Manager to lead construction, expansion, and renovation projects across its retail network. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and strategic partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement expansion strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, business cases, and financial tracking to ensure transparent and efficient resource use.
• Lead tendering, negotiation, and contracting of strategic suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate design, construction, remodeling, and logistics for timely and sustainable project delivery.
• Drive value‑engineering initiatives and cost‑optimization without compromising brand standards or customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with the highest quality, health, and safety standards on all sites.
• Monitor contractors and partners to guarantee contractual compliance, schedules, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with Expansion, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to achieve optimal business results.
• Plan and execute maintenance programs that support operational efficiency and store continuity.
• Develop high‑performing teams, foster collaboration, identify talent, and create conditions for professional growth.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience leading construction, remodeling, or commercial expansion projects.
• Background in retail, commercial chains, or fast‑growing companies.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with CAPEX, cost control, tender processes, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.
