Community & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Community & Social Media Specialist to own binabina’s daily social presence. Working remotely, you will be the single voice that posts, replies and builds connections with parents across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and our owned community platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a unified daily content calendar and coordinate with channel specialists and the Marketing Project Manager.
• Adapt finished assets (videos, articles, ideas) for each platform, creating Reels, TikTok clips, Shorts, captions and posts.
• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Buffer or Later, ensuring consistent cadence across all channels.
• Monitor comments, DMs and mentions; respond on‑brand within one hour during business hours and triage leads to sales or product teams.
• Manage the owned parent community, fostering peer‑to‑peer interaction and handling escalations.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a remote work setup.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute daily tasks without supervision.
• Excellent written communication in English and a genuine interest in education.

Required skills

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later).
• Familiarity with CRM or lead‑generation tools such as Close.
