Marketing Back Office - Campaign & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Back Office role supports Accenture's digital marketing team by providing end‑to‑end operational assistance and data‑driven insights. The analyst coordinates loyalty‑focused campaigns, ensures smooth communication between stakeholders, and creates visual dashboards that enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between senior marketing strategists, clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking project milestones.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics, generate reports and visual dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate loyalty program initiatives and support end‑to‑end campaign execution.

Required profile

• Proficient English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, channels and best practices.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Tableau for creating interactive visualizations.
• Power BI for building dashboards and data models.
