About the role
We are looking for a motivated cook to join our kitchen team. The position requires proven experience in a culinary environment and an immediate start. Candidates must be based in the Santa Ana area and be ready to work flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adapt to schedule changes and assist in various kitchen stations as needed.
Required profile
- Verified experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Current food‑handling certification (mandatory).
- Preferably experience in the hotel sector.
- Responsible, team‑oriented and committed to quality.
- Residence in Santa Ana or surrounding neighborhoods.
