Client Success Manager

About the role

Infillion is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join its Catalina CR team. You will be the primary point of contact for our largest clients, guiding them through both self‑service programmatic campaigns and managed‑service relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with top‑tier clients across Infillion’s programmatic and managed‑service solutions.
• Lead client onboarding, solution design, platform setup, audience and partner integrations, and campaign launches.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end post‑sale campaign lifecycle, including activation, optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and renewal support.
• Ensure day‑to‑day account operations meet pacing, delivery, and client expectation goals.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery, activation, billing, and technical support inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading, Product, Analytics, and Client Services teams to drive growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns and client relationships.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across media, marketing, operations, analytics, and executive teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
