About the role
The Client Service Executive acts as the primary liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring smooth project initiation and delivery. This role requires proactive communication, detailed project planning, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and initiate projects through centralized technology platforms.
- Collaborate with production staff to define scope, cost, and timelines for translation projects.
- Provide detailed budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team while anticipating potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress, enforce deadlines and budgets, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Train junior team members, act as a language champion, and onboard new clients.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and project coordination.
- Ability to work independently and within multicultural teams.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office and general computer applications.
