Cashier & Customer Service Auxiliary

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cashier & Customer Service Auxiliary to join our multicultural team. The role focuses on handling cash transactions and providing excellent service to both external and internal customers within our airport and catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash‑related tasks in the customer service process according to company regulations.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward internal and external customers.
• Receive, review, and safeguard the assigned cash drawer.
• Secure personal user credentials for proper cash handling.
• Open the cash drawer with an initial cash count and reconcile it at the start of each shift.
• Collect payments efficiently following established guidelines.
• Handle various payment methods: cash, card, subsidies, coupons, and credit.
• Operate the card terminal (datafono) correctly for opening, charging, and closing transactions.
• Issue invoices and provide correct change to customers.
• Supply required information during cash audits and reconciliations.
