About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst specialized in Google Workspace to help streamline and improve our operational processes. This remote contract position focuses on analyzing workflows, enhancing collaboration, and supporting AI training initiatives using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows leveraging Google Workspace tools to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with customer teams to identify process improvements and enhance collaboration across Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Provide detailed feedback and structured input for AI training projects, ensuring high‑quality, real‑world data.
• Document procedures, best practices, and maintain clear communication across all operational initiatives.
• Conduct audits of data and workflows to verify accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace applications.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in operations, process improvement, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and produce actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities remotely.
