Business Intelligence Developer – Collections BI Team

About the role

Equifax is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join the Collections BI Team. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies in the Google Cloud ecosystem to build data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support critical financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and workflows using BigQuery and Airflow for the AR Data Model.
• Create and manage interactive dashboards in Looker Studio for collections supervisors and managers.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data modelling, transformation, and reporting within GCP.
• Manage version control with Git and GitHub, ensuring code quality and best‑practice compliance.
• Monitor pipeline and dashboard health, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Collections team to resolve data inquiries and implement innovative solutions.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of software development experience, especially with JavaScript for Google Apps Script integrations.
• At least 2 years of data modelling and transformation experience using cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift).
• Hands‑on experience with Git and GitHub for collaborative code management.
