Senior Scale Solution Engineer

About the role

Databricks is looking for a Senior Scale Solution Engineer to act as the technical anchor for our scaled customer motion. You will guide customers from pre‑sales evaluation through onboarding and production, building AI‑augmented workflows that enable high‑quality guidance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer engagements across the lifecycle, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Provide deep technical direction on the Databricks Data + AI Platform and create reusable AI‑augmented workflows.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer projects while setting quality standards for the team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of technical experience in Data, AI, or Cloud environments.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Programming experience with Python and SQL for AI‑driven development.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end data analytics and data engineering workflows.
