About the role

Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
- Gather, organize, and interpret data to inform decision‑making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation that communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and develop operational solutions.
- Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support process optimisation and workflow improvements.
Required profile
- Experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Experience using reporting tools.
- Ability to conduct data analysis and present findings clearly.
