About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Blockchain Engineer to design and implement decentralized applications and smart contracts that power next‑generation digital infrastructures. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑impact projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust smart contracts using Solidity on the Ethereum blockchain.
• Architect secure decentralized applications (dApps) tailored to business requirements.
• Optimize consensus mechanisms and token standards for performance and scalability.
• Integrate blockchain protocols with front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging cryptographic protocols and blockchain trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering or blockchain development.
• Proven track record of building smart contracts and dApps on Ethereum.
• Hands‑on experience with DeFi protocols and token standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to security best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
