Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

Viva is looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will bring leadership experience to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, create reports, SOPs, documentation and support project coordination.
• Conduct data analysis and help streamline operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• At least one prior role held for 2 + years.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every 6 months.
