Bilingual Live Medical Scribe

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Live Medical Scribe to provide real‑time clinical documentation for U.S. healthcare providers. The role is fully remote and supports physicians by capturing patient encounters accurately while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Document patient consultations, histories, exam findings, treatment plans and clinical notes live during appointments.
• Prepare and review medical charts before and after visits, using SOAP notes and provider‑specific templates.
• Support follow‑up workflows, verify prescriptions, initiate prior authorizations and coordinate documentation with clinical staff.
• Maintain organized, audit‑ready medical records in EMR/EHR systems.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and provider documentation standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – English C1 level or higher.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a medical, dental or clinical documentation scribe for U.S. providers.
• Graduate of an allied health program (e.g., MD, DM, RN) preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 70 WPM.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience using medical documentation software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and SOAP note formatting.
• Intermediate skills in Google Workspace.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
