BI Developer

About the role

Adoreal, a fast‑growing vertical SaaS company in elective medicine, is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer. You will partner with business teams to design, build, and optimise reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure that drive data‑centric decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports.
• Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams.
• Build and maintain data marts to support advanced analytics.
• Create and deliver visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Apply predictive modelling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance analytics workflows.
• Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis and ensure data quality, governance, and integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide technical solutions.
• Support data‑governance initiatives, including metadata and master data management.
• Participate in the full data project lifecycle from intake to delivery.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs).
• Data modelling, data warehousing, and dimensional modelling.
• ETL processes and tools.
• Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualisation platforms.
• Predictive modelling and statistical analysis.
• AI tools such as Claude.
• Data lakes and modern BI ecosystems.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
