B2B Sales Development Representative – Bilingual

About the role

The Sales Development Representative – Bilingual will demonstrate the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling. You will articulate product value effectively to prospects and help drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a customer‑first approach, uncovering key business objectives and maximizing customer value.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales motions across phone, email, video and social media.
• Identify alternative points of contact using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk‑targeting methods.
• Adhere to response‑time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline, moving prospects through each funnel stage.
• Document all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to continue the buying process.
• Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to achieve sales goals.
• Provide clear, concise updates on customer success to managers.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and foster continual learning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• 1.5+ years in B2B consultative sales or account management, preferably in a tech or advertising environment.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation and qualification.
• Fluent English (B2+ level).
• High‑school diploma minimum.
• Proven ability to unlock high‑potential budget opportunities and grow customer investment.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced start‑up.
• Comfortable using technology, phone and Zoom meetings.
