AWS DevOps Engineer (Linux) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer (Linux) to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers on project‑based initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing development projects.
• Administer and harden Linux‑based production environments, including patching, backups, and AD integration.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Maven, Gradle, and Spring frameworks.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet or Chef.
• Automate provisioning across on‑premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and related tooling.
• Monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, or comparable observability platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and on large, complex systems.
