Associate Tax LATAM – Compliance & Transfer Pricing

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Tax professional to support indirect and direct tax compliance, reporting and transfer pricing for our LATAM agencies. You will work closely with the Tax Supervisor and LATAM CFOs to ensure accurate filing, strategic tax advice and timely documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate monthly and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
• Assist the Tax Supervisor in tax planning initiatives, analyzing the tax impact of transactions, investments and restructurings.
• Provide tax advisory support to LATAM CFOs and business stakeholders.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with applicable rules.
• Participate in special projects such as process improvements, tax audits, regulatory implementations and business transformation activities.
• Identify potential tax contingencies, propose mitigation actions and monitor regulatory changes.
• Collaborate on the transition and unification of tax processes across the region.

Required profile

• Advanced university studies (at least 80% completed) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level (oral and written).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in tax compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.
