Associate Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Customer Support to join the 3Shape Design Services support team. In this front‑line position you will be the first voice customers hear, handling calls, chats, tickets and emails while building product knowledge in digital dentistry.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls and voicemails from customers.
• Respond to chats, tickets and emails within SLA timelines.
• Document each case accurately and keep customer records up‑to‑date in our CRM.
• Provide first‑level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support administrative tasks on the DSP platform and join stakeholder meetings.
• Help create and update support content, macros and contribute improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Organized, empathetic and eager to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service training is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English (B2+).
• Analytical mindset with solid documentation skills.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
