Associate Consultant, Performance Analytics, Launch Program 2027

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in Performance Analytics, you will join Mastercard’s Launch Program 2027 in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will work within small, cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven consulting solutions for leading brands across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand strategic challenges.
• Analyze large data sets using SQL, Python and R to build segmentations, propensity models and visualizations.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable stories and present recommendations in virtual or in‑person meetings.
• Contribute to deliverables end‑to‑end, taking ownership of analysis, documentation and client communication.

Required profile

• Passionate about using data to solve business problems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior client stakeholders.
