Associate Consultant, Business Experimentation, Launch Program – 2027

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) group is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Business Experimentation track within the Launch Program 2027 in San Jose, Costa Rica. The role will support global clients by designing and executing data‑driven experiments that inform product launches, marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with small, cross‑functional teams to define experiment objectives and hypotheses.
• Use Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform and SQL to extract, clean and analyze data sets.
• Generate actionable insights and present findings to client stakeholders.
• Assist in translating experiment results into implementation recommendations.
• Contribute to project deliverables and maintain documentation throughout the experiment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in technology, data science and consulting environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse client teams.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
