Asset Recovery Analyst (Service Logistics)

About the role

The Asset Recovery Analyst supports the service logistics network by reconciling internal ERP data with third‑party return transactions. You will ensure data integrity, manage return processes, and assist billing and recovery activities in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor return dispatches and verify alignment between ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and third‑party transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and correct failed or inaccurate transactions.
• Track defective return locations (e.g., UPS) and resolve open issues.
• Maintain a consolidated log of defective transactions with root‑cause analysis.
• Produce weekly reconciliation reports for leadership.
• Support monthly/quarterly close processes by addressing discrepancies.
• Assist billing and payment activities related to asset recovery.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal IT teams to ensure system alignment.
• Respond to customer and partner inquiries about return labels and instructions.
• Participate in projects and provide regular operational updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of data analysis experience in service parts, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
