About the role
As a Junior Commercial Sales Advisor at Produes S.A., you will be responsible for reactivating inactive clients, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring that client needs are met promptly. This is a full‑time, onsite position focused on building sustainable relationships with medical and skin‑care product customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and reactivate inactive clients.
- Provide personalized attention to existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, requests, and service tickets.
- Manage commercial accounts to foster long‑term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Required profile
- Strong ability to track processes and queries efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Minimum two years of experience in account management or similar sales roles.
- Proactive attitude, problem‑solving capability, and teamwork orientation.
- Valid B1 driving license.
