About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at the Mall Oxígeno location of Grupo Quality Motors. The role focuses on selling automotive products, delivering premium customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive solutions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance and product displays.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and brand offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller en educación media).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Availability to work mall operating hours.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
• Valid B1 driver’s license (essential).
• Professional presentation and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic English communication (intermediate level).
