Architectural BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural BIM Modeler to create and maintain detailed 3D architectural models using BIM methodology. The professional will work closely with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed 3D architectural models in Revit, ensuring coordination with all disciplines.
• Produce visualizations, renderings, images and animations for project presentations.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, documentation and construction details.
• Make adjustments to models based on design team feedback and project requirements.
• Review and improve model accuracy and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals in a team environment.
• Assist in visual representation of real‑estate projects at various development stages.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum three years of experience in architectural modeling, preferably on large‑scale real‑estate projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and intermediate proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and the Integrated Guide of Law 7600.
