About the role

The Junior Financial Analyst will generate reliable and timely financial analyses to evaluate the organization’s economic performance, anticipate scenarios, support strategic decision‑making, and help control financial and budgetary resources.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial projections for revenue, costs, expenses and profit, and analyse economic, financial and market trends to support strategic planning.
• Evaluate project and investment profitability, develop financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Propose improvements to financial recording and control processes and collaborate with accounting, tax and treasury teams.
• Identify financial risks and assess the impact of external variables such as interest rates, exchange rates and inflation.
• Support accounting record‑keeping, assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports, and cooperate with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; a Licenciatura is desirable.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, budget control or financial planning.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting analysis, budget preparation and control, and loading commercial dynamics, material and cost queries, prices and discounts.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) for financial modeling.
• Experience with financial ERP systems, especially SAP (versions 7, 5 or similar).
• Ability to build and manipulate financial models in Excel.
