AI SOC Solutions Architect – Professional Services

About the role

Torq is seeking an AI SOC Solutions Architect to join its Professional Services team. This remote position, based in Costa Rica, focuses on designing and delivering AI‑driven security operations automation for enterprise customers. You will translate existing SOC processes into agent‑assisted, automated workflows that reduce analyst workload and improve response times.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI‑driven SOC automation using Torq’s platform.
• Collaborate with SOC leaders and analysts to understand security workflows and translate them into agentic solutions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑implementation validation.
• Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to customers during engagements.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in alert triage, investigation, and response within weeks of deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with security operations centers (SOC) or related security automation initiatives.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering tangible results.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven security automation platforms (experience with Torq is a plus).
• Understanding of SOC processes, alert triage, threat investigation, and response workflows.
• Ability to design agentic workflows and integrate AI agents into security pipelines.
