AI Platform Engineer – Remote

About the role

You will architect and deploy advanced autonomous agent systems that power AI‑driven solutions for PSTAG’s data‑compliance platform. The position is fully remote and focuses on building scalable, reliable, and secure multi‑agent architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agent systems using frameworks such as Hermes Agent.
• Create multi‑agent collaboration patterns (orchestrator‑workers, debate, hierarchical swarms).
• Develop agentic memory layers (short‑term, long‑term, episodic) with vector databases and semantic caching.
• Integrate reasoning techniques like ReAct, Chain‑of‑Thought, Tree‑of‑Thoughts, and Plan‑and‑Solve.
• Build agents capable of dynamic planning, error recovery, and replanning based on feedback.
• Implement tool use (function calling) and API grounding for database queries, RAG retrieval, UI automation, and more.
• Set up robust evaluation frameworks to measure task completion, efficiency, and safety.
• Instrument agents with tracing, observability, and logging (e.g., LangSmith, Arize, Weights & Biases).
• Connect agents to internal/external systems such as CRMs, databases, Slack, browsers, REST APIs, and code interpreters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Proficiency with AI agents and machine‑learning concepts.
• Conversational level English.
