About the role
The Accounts Payable Representative III plays a key role in the Procure‑to‑Pay department, ensuring timely processing of supplier invoices in line with service level agreements and corporate payment terms.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze invoices against purchase orders, verify accuracy, and enter them into the appropriate ERP system.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, block/unblock invoices as needed, and communicate with suppliers to obtain missing information.
- Monitor invoice status and product delivery, handling disputes to prevent credit retention.
- Provide support for complex invoice‑related issues and maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or technical high‑school qualification related to the position.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel and general MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or Mainframe.
