Accountant – International Entities & Financial Reporting

About the role

Acuity Analytics is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support the financial close and reporting for its international entities. You will work closely with the U.S. accounting team and subsidiaries to ensure accurate transaction recording and compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in month‑end close, journal entry preparation, and general ledger reconciliations for multiple international entities.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and bank statements.
• Calculate and post monthly revenue entries for approximately 20 funds/customers.
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audit processes for overseas subsidiaries.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, corporate accounting policies, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with public‑accounting background (Big 4 or large regional firm).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with international entities, foreign‑currency translation, and statutory reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and strong communication skills.
