Account Manager – National Accounts (Hybrid)

About the role

Comcast Business is seeking an Account Manager to lead strategic revenue growth for national account portfolios. The role combines account management, solution development, and executive partnership to drive sales of voice, data, and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage national account portfolios to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, including proactive contract renewals.
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders to maintain strategic positioning of services.
• Lead solution development for complex business requirements across voice, data, and managed services.
• Serve as primary escalation point for strategic national accounts and oversee customer satisfaction programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams to implement targeted sales strategies.
• Cultivate C‑level relationships to create partnership opportunities.
• Track revenue, forecast, and manage opportunity pipelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain detailed account planning documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national or enterprise accounts in a technology or telecom environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong executive communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and adapt to variable schedules.
• Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
