Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts through consultative selling of a standardized Telco Core and ICT solutions package. The role is fast‑paced, results‑driven and focused on customer experience, revenue, and portfolio retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned SMB account portfolio, both new and existing.
• Conduct active prospecting and develop a sales pipeline within the SMB segment.
• Oversee the commercial funnel, meet conversion targets and ensure revenue and margin goals.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the standardized Telco Core and ICT portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal support teams (activations, technical support, billing) to guarantee service delivery.
• Drive the full sales cycle following standardized processes and timelines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, manage objections, and secure renewals.
• Keep the CRM updated with account details, opportunities, and activity.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in high‑volume B2B or B2C sales, preferably in telecom or ICT.
• Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts and meet productivity targets.
• Consultative selling approach with a focus on standardized portfolios.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and strong indicator‑driven performance management.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with basic ICT solutions: connectivity, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
