About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting business growth. The role involves building lasting relationships, coordinating internal resources, and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, and address concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery and timely support.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports and presentations, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and keep accurate account records.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to client retention strategies.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and decisive decision‑making.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
