About the role

The Travel Designer/Concierge at Silvestre is the heartbeat of the guest experience, acting as a trusted advisor and detail‑obsessed planner. You will own the entire guest journey from pre‑arrival to post‑departure, building personal connections, designing bespoke itineraries, coordinating with external providers, and managing bookings and payments with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from booking through checkout, establishing genuine personal connections.
• Schedule and conduct pre‑arrival phone or video calls to understand preferences and present Silvestre’s offerings.
• Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and share curated insights about Nosara’s beaches, restaurants, surf breaks, wellness activities, and hidden gems.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preference records to ensure consistent, elevated experiences for repeat guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns swiftly, and communicate solutions to management.
• Design and manage complete, personalized itineraries including tours, surf lessons, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, transportation, and special experiences.
• Contact activity and service providers directly to confirm availability, negotiate holds, and coordinate all logistics.
• Manage holds on services efficiently and follow up with providers to lock in details before guest arrival.
