Service Delivery Expert, Microsoft Defender

About the role

The Service Delivery Expert for Microsoft Defender will support research, data gathering and security analysis activities. Working under guidance, you will help identify security issues, contribute to mitigation strategies and ensure data quality throughout the security lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in researching security vulnerabilities and emerging threats related to Microsoft Defender and competitor products.
• Collect, clean, structure and enrich data from multiple sources while complying with privacy regulations.
• Support the creation of security analysis plans that align with product timelines and feature scopes.
• Participate in incident investigations, security reviews and the development of mitigation steps.
• Leverage AI‑based workflows to improve research efficiency and understand customer usage patterns.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to propose security enhancements for existing and new Microsoft solutions.
