Senior React Engineer

About the role

Experian is seeking a Senior React Engineer to design and deliver enterprise‑scale, server‑side rendered web applications that power financial services for millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, UX Designers and backend engineers to build high‑performance, resilient components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large‑scale React applications with a focus on performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Build full‑stack, server‑side rendered solutions using modern React patterns and frameworks such as Next.js, Remix or TanStack Router.
• Translate product requirements into robust technical implementations and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and well‑documented code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production deployments and ongoing application support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience building server‑side rendered React applications.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as caching, performance optimization, accessibility and OAuth.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
