Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and automation of complex Human Capital Management processes within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft with strong technical expertise and a consultative mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend native PeopleSoft strategies.
• Define automation requirements, dependencies, and effort estimates.
• Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, approach, timelines, tools, and assumptions.
• Create clear technical documentation for governance and decision‑making.
• Establish repeatable documentation and planning approaches based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support prioritisation and planning of automation initiatives.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configuration and automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior‑level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant in complex enterprise settings.
• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
• Hands‑on expertise with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft automation.
• Proven ability to assess processes, define automation requirements, and produce technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in consulting or client‑facing environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.
