Senior Cost Accounting and Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Senior Cost Accounting and Reporting Analyst is responsible for routine record‑to‑report activities, ensuring accurate financial data collection, processing and presentation to support decision‑making and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Costing and COPA modules, executing cost routines and allocations accurately.
• Extract, consolidate and validate data from multiple systems, including SQL databases, and automate reporting processes.
• Assist with foreign‑exchange risk management for selected units, collaborating with global and regional teams.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory reporting and tax regulations.
• Provide SAP, data analysis and reporting support to internal users and business partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain key financial, profitability and regional reports, and prepare critical cost analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with ERP systems (SAP/JDE) in costing and COPA modules.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and month‑end close (MEC) processes.
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills.
