Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project for Strategy Firms

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning environments that mimic real‑world consulting engagements. This remote, project‑based role focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
