SAP Finance Consultant/Manager – Strategy & CFO Platforms

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Consultant/Manager to join the CFO & Platforms team. You will help global finance organisations design and implement digital transformation strategies, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and best‑in‑class finance practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities and build a sales pipeline for finance transformation projects.
• Draft winning pitches and lead client conversations to secure new engagements.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP Finance modules, including design, blueprinting, solutioning, and proof‑of‑concept development.
• Manage project stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Design future‑state finance processes and roles, integrating SAP S/4HANA with related modules.
• Support process transition, knowledge transfer, and re‑engineering activities.
• Analyse large data sets and visualise insights using modern analytics tools.
• Define cost‑transformation initiatives, build value cases, and monitor savings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP system integration projects, especially finance‑focused implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and how they integrate with other ERP modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience leading workshops and steering committees.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative consulting environment.
