Recruiter Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to support the full recruitment lifecycle and enhance the candidate experience. This position offers a solid foundation in Talent Acquisition and is ideal for individuals eager to grow their recruiting career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for recruiting activities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Engage with candidates to clarify resume details, gather additional information, and guide them through each recruitment stage.
• Maintain accurate records of hiring processes, requisition status, and candidate data in the career site.
• Assist with offer creation, background investigations, and global employee screening.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Produce recruiting reports and support record‑retention processes.
• Deliver proactive customer service via phone, email, or in‑person interactions.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree (Bachelor’s minimum) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; university students near graduation are welcome.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative support.
• Strong customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
