Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

360training is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure its online training courses meet functional and user‑experience standards. You will test course content, audio, images, layout, and configuration to guarantee a smooth learning experience for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and mobile tests according to the QA testing plan.
• Review courses against approved outlines, manuscripts, audio scripts, assessments, and activity/animation scripts.
• Verify content accuracy, flow, consistency, formatting, and overall functionality.
• Test navigation, links, interactions, audio/video, assessments, and other course components.
• Document findings clearly and track issues through resolution and retesting.
• Identify and escalate critical issues that could affect quality or release timelines.
• Create course submission documents, timed outlines, and other required supporting documentation.

Required profile

• O/A Level education or a bachelor’s degree; English or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, content review, writing/editing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of web‑based training and e‑learning.
• Understanding of quality assurance within the development process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
