Operations Analyst – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Young Professional to join BairesDev’s Operations team on a fully remote basis. In this entry‑level position you will support process‑improvement initiatives, help analyse operational data and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis and documentation of operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Gather, organise and visualise operational data to produce reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to optimisation projects.
• Monitor key operational metrics, flag deviations and assist in root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in the rollout of new tools, systems or procedures that enhance day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in operations, process improvement or business analysis.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
