Manager II – B2B Sales (Bilingual)

About the role

The Manager II, B2B Sales – Bilingual will lead teams that support complex advertising accounts, drive revenue growth, and execute B2B sales acquisition strategies. Acting as the primary Supplier Operations lead, this role owns the client relationship, ensures compliance with all SOW obligations, and provides operational leadership and strategic governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall client relationship, set operational expectations, and maintain cross‑functional communication.
• Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase account health, ROI, and performance trends.
• Maintain SLA and KPI accountability, ensuring all contractual obligations are met or exceeded.
• Provide first‑level escalation management, operational guidance, and subject‑matter expertise to front‑line teams.
• Equip the supplier team with appropriate tools, product training, CRM resources, and continuous coaching.
• Collaborate with LinkedIn and supplier personnel on long‑term strategic initiatives, campaign pacing, and process optimization.
• Motivate Sales Managers and support functions (QA, BI, Training) to achieve business targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and remove internal and external roadblocks to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track team productivity, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language).
• Proven experience leading B2B sales or ad‑sales teams.
• Strong operational and governance expertise with a focus on SLA/KPI compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance and forecast sales.
