Manager Design & Documentation

About the role

The Manager Design & Documentation leads teams that identify learner needs, develop training programs, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards. This role oversees the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning content and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Guide teams in researching learner challenges and translating business goals into training objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to stakeholders and team members.
• Direct the implementation of quality‑improvement initiatives for training programs.
• Ensure access to up‑to‑date reference materials, industry standards, and publications.
• Oversee auditing processes, content accuracy, and consistency across training materials.
• Remove obstacles, develop contingency plans, and drive operational alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing learning or documentation teams.
• Strong ability to build cross‑functional relationships and foster collaboration.
• Demonstrated skill in setting goals, providing feedback, and driving performance improvement.
