About the role
The Inside Account Manager will manage daily engagement with assigned accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through strategic, consultative sales. You will act as a subject‑matter expert for TD SYNNEX’s product portfolio and represent the company at partner events.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow customer relationships through consultative selling and strategic account planning.
- Analyze product mix and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across TD SYNNEX’s full portfolio of products.
- Represent TD SYNNEX at partner events and serve as a cross‑departmental subject‑matter expert.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales and account management.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Salesforce (advanced use).
- Microsoft Excel.
- CRM tools.
