About the role
The Finance Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support for finance operations, handling moderately complex tasks that keep the invoicing and purchasing processes running smoothly across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and organize documentation and data from internal clients to coordinate invoice payment cycles.
- Process purchase requisitions and provide responsive customer service to internal leaders.
- Review, follow up, and troubleshoot invoice exceptions, collaborating with multiple internal departments and vendors.
- Prepare reports and administrative materials using established procedures and departmental policies.
- Manage expense reports for leaders and handle other finance‑related administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, typically reflecting 3+ years of experience.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or JD Edwards (JDE).
