About the role
KECH Development is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to support its executive team. The position can be part‑time or full‑time, based in Tamarindo with flexible remote options. After a 20‑day training period, the role becomes a paid internship.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior executives.
- Schedule appraisal inspections and manage inspector calendars.
- Prepare marketing and research reports on properties and clients.
- Handle expense reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Facilitate internal and external communication while ensuring confidentiality.
Required profile
- Fluent native‑level English (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in executive administrative assistance.
- Experience managing expense reports.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and related software.
