About the role
The Sales Executive will drive new business and expand existing accounts by applying a consultative selling approach. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, turning them into sales opportunities, and ultimately closing deals with both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Create and develop business from new prospects while also growing revenue from current customer accounts.
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives to secure contracts.
- Build rapport, establish trust and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of over‑achieving sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
