Corporate Communication Senior Analyst

About the role

Bridgestone is seeking a Corporate Communication Senior Analyst to join its Latin America Communications team in Costa Rica. Reporting to the Latin America Corporate Communications Manager, you will help shape internal and external messaging that supports business objectives and enhances the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and measure the internal communication strategy for Bridgestone’s Costa Rica operations.
• Standardize communication processes and manage internal channels across offices and manufacturing plants.
• Support the Country Manager and senior leaders in aligning messaging with West Executive Leadership initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated communications plans that protect and enhance Bridgestone’s external reputation.
• Partner with the Marketing COE and business leaders on communications around facility milestones, employee recognition, and strategic business updates.
• Assist media‑relations efforts and coordinate crisis communications in line with global procedures.
• Collaborate with Digital & Social Media teams and external agencies to strengthen corporate positioning on social platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in public/corporate affairs, communications, or public relations.
